QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK ITINERARY

Day by day Itinerary

Day 1

Pick up from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Your adventure begins with a warm welcome at Entebbe International Airport or your hotel in Kampala. Settle into a comfortable 4×4 safari vehicle as your friendly guide shares insights into Uganda’s vibrant culture. Enjoy a memorable stop at the Uganda Equator in Kayabwe and have an opportunity to take memorable pictures. After a delicious lunch in Mbarara, the journey will continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park, and embark on an afternoon or evening game drive through the park. this however will require early morning departure from Kampala. The game drive will enable you to see wildlife in its natural setting, for example, the buffalos, elephants and other wild animals that dwell in the grassland thickets of the Northern Kazinga close to Mweya. The most accessible spot for lions is in the eastern part of Kasenyi plains and the Kasese plains where they prey on the other inhabitants.

Day 2

Game Drive and Boat Cruise

Energize with breakfast and embark on a morning game drive where you will encounter both big and small wildlife. In the afternoon, you shall go in for the famous boat cruise along the Kazinga channel, which is well renown for its high crocodile concentration, and here you will spot various birds and various animals as they come down to drink and bathe.

Day 3

Departure from Queen Elizabeth National Park to Kampala

After breakfast, you will embark on your journey back to0 Kampala, reflecting on the incredible wildlife encounters of the past few days, with a stopover for lunch in Mbarara, and amazing photography at the equator if it was missed on day 1. Then proceed to Kampala, arriving in the late afternoon. Drop off at your hotel in Kampala or at Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight, and that will mark the end of the 3-day Queen Elizabeth Safari. However, the safari can be customized to your preferences, including adding to your days, and activities.
